Planned and Decarbonisation Project Surveyor
£40,469.00 per annum

The Opportunity:
Linc Cymru are offering the opportunity to join our Asset Management Team as a Planned and Decarbonisation Project Surveyor. Providing over 3000 homes and care facilities across South Wales, with an ever-growing portfolio of assets, the team's aim is to ensure that our Linc Homes and Linc Care services are well maintained and moving towards our decarbonisation and energy efficiency goals

Key Objectives of the Decarbonisation Project Surveyor role:
Assist the Decarbonisation and Major works Manager to oversee the contract and project management of decarbonisation/energy efficiency and major works projects
Responsible for achieving and delivering agreed objectives and outcomes as set by the Decarbonisation and Major works Manager
Responsible for managing operational works related to decarbonisation projects
Ensuring works are carried out within budget with regular reporting to the Decarbonisation and Major Works Manager
Responsible for conducting monthly contractor meetings and ensuring they are recorded highlighting to the Decarbonisation and Major Works Manager of risks and opportunities
Ensure that all work is monitored and undertaken in accordance with Health and Safety regulations and Lincs contractors code of conduct
Ensure that all works are undertaken to a high quality and in line with agreed specification
Assist the Decarbonisation and Major works Project Manager to prepare contract documents and tendering documentation for decarbonisation/energy efficiency including liaising with all necessary parties to ensure works are undertaken in accordance with all legal, procurement and Lincs internal policy requirements
Ensuring all Compliance elements of contracts are managed to ensure Linc is compliant under the HASAW and the relevant regulations relating to the works
Responsible for undertaking retrofit assessments and energy assessments including the monitoring of completion and reporting on completion regularly
Assist in managing and analysing survey data as required and coordination with planned team
Ensuring systems are kept up to date with relevant data
Responsible for ensuring that work and services are completed in line with Lincs customer journey
Responsible for ensuring that customer engagement is fundamental to the delivery of works and services and Linc's customer focused policy is promoted with clarity
Assist in promoting Linc's principles as One Linc throughout the organisation
