The role of the Governance Director is to:
Lead and advise the Board on the development of its governance to a world class level.
Chair the Governance and Policy (GAP) sub-committee to continually improve Badminton Wales governance in line with the Governance and Leadership Framework for Wales.
Develop and oversee the delivery of the Governance Action Plan in conjunction with the GAP sub-committee and the CEO.
In conjunction with the CEO, to lead the completion of the Badminton Wales Capability Framework to be submitted annually to Sport Wales.
