This is an exciting, varied and challenging role, which offers exposure across the business at a strategic and tactical level. As such, we’re looking for an experienced and confident marketing professional, who is as comfortable with targets and budgets as they are with creative campaign ideas. 


Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing your main responsibility will be working with the product areas to understand likely needs and demands, developing marketing plans, and coordinating marketing activity to support key targets and objectives with the support of a multi-disciplinary internal marketing team.


As a Product Marketing Manager you will:



  • Work with the Head of Product Marketing to develop the marketing strategy for products to actively influence growth.

  • Produce and deliver marketing plans for the launch of new products

  • Liaise with internal product stakeholders to understand needs and demands

  • Initiate new campaign ideas with the support of the wider marketing team.

  • Analyse ROI and the effectiveness of all marketing activities at product level

  • Ensure the delivery of strategic projects as part of marketing plans

  • Research and present marketing suggestions for product growth

  • Coordinate different stakeholders (in marketing and other departments) around the projects to ensure deadlines are met and quality is sufficient.

  • Work with the Acquisition, Brand, and eCRM teams to define, execute and measure the product marketing activity

  • Identify and test new ways of marketing products

  • Support in delivering improved customer outcomes by meeting regulatory requirements

  • Produce and delivery monthly updates for the products areas to report on activity and performance against KPIs

  • Supporting the Head of Product Marketing to deliver the quarterly marketing plans.

  • Collating product requirements each quarter to ensure that these are aligned to marketing deliverables.


You Ideally will have:



  • Stakeholder management experience

  • Experience of managing a product’s marketing strategy from research to launch

  • A degree level education or comparable working experience

  • Ability to prioritise/multitask under pressure to tight deadlines

  • Great organisation skills (self and driving others)

  • Ambitious professional with the ability and confidence to present work to senior managers

  • Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills.

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance


We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
