Role:The Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for managing a diverse conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Skills & Experience Required:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or an experienced Paralegal with a focus on residential property.


• A minimum of 2 years experience managing a caseload of conveyancing files independently.


• Proficiency in using case management systems and a willingness to embrace new technologies.


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain legal jargon in clear, understandable terms.


• Strong organisational skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks effectively.
