The Role:



As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of learning in the absence of regular classroom teachers. Your responsibilities will include:



Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers

Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring a productive learning environment

Managing student behavior and ensuring adherence to school policies

Providing support to students with their learning and development

Requirements:



Fluent Welsh speaker (essential)

Previous experience working with secondary school-aged students (desirable)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt to different classroom environments
