• Healthy eating has become a prominent topic amongst consumers over recent years. More and more of us want to understand what is in the food we eat, where it’s sourced from and the impact of its carbon footprint.


• The business we’re working with are at the forefront in the battle against ultra-processed foods, driving healthy, natural, ethically sourced meal occasions supplied to all customer channels up and down the country.

The role:

• We’re on the lookout for their next NPD Manager, responsible for the entire New Product Development plan and execution across a multi-site manufacturing set up.


• As NPD Manager you will work closely with the sales, category and brand marketing teams to deliver first-to-market innovation supplied into all major retailers as well as other customer channels.


• With a small team to lead, you will be supported whilst given the freedom and autonomy to add your own ideas and ways of working to a fast-paced, passionate and creative New Product Development team.

Ideal candidate:

• You will currently be operating at NPD Manager level within food manufacturing.


• You will be used to and thrive off the fast-paced nature often involved with developing new concepts in partnership with retailers.


• Operating within private label manufacturing and being familiar with the need to constantly drive innovation in partnership with key retailers.


• A passion for driving healthy eating solutions, sustainability and responsible sourcing will strengthen your application.

Benefits & details:

• Circa £50,000 + car allowance + benefits.
