We are expanding the team in our successful growing Block Management Department at Saxons Estate Agents Weston-super-Mare , We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our dynamic Block Management team.

You must have previous experience in property management, be a natural organiser, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Coordinate & Organise:Ensure all block management tasks are completed within set time scales. Ensure you remain on track with your workload.


• 
  Team Support:Work closely with the team to streamline processes, resolve issues, and ensure everyone is working towards common goals.


• 
  Efficiency & Productivity:Be aware of team performance, help provide direction, and implement strategies to improve overall productivity.


• 
  Problem-Solving: Protectively identify and resolve challenges to keep the operation running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  Previous Experience in block management or property management roles.


• 
  Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


• 
  Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders A problem solver who can think on their feet and stay calm under pressure.

Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm

Must have own transport
