You will join a team at AEUK, a leader in high technology naval equipment and will work alongside commercial colleagues, supporting cross-functional teams contributing to securing and managing customer contracts in a growing business environment.



As a Commercial Officer, you'll interpret commercial agreements, assist with bidding and managing contracts, and shadow negotiations. You'll learn to influence and protect the company's position, supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial activities. Join us at the forefront of naval technology, working with a supportive team to drive success.


Key responsibilities include:
• Interpreting commercial agreements and identifying key risks
• Assisting with bidding, winning, and managing customer contracts
• Shadowing negotiations and learning to influence outcomes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support commercial activities


Our ideal candidate:
• Enjoys collaborative teamwork
• Displays attention to detail and motivation for high-quality work
• Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing
• Builds positive relationships and adapts to diverse tasks
• Has good qualifications, ideally educated to degree level
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
