Veterinary Surgeon Vacancy - CARDIFF (to £50K) - #1638450

We have an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a first opinion small animal veterinary practice in Cardiff the capital city of Wales

• full time opportunity with no OOH and some weekends on a rota 
• practice is purpose built with state of the art equipment including; a full pneumatic orthopaedic suite, CR30 digital x-ray system, dental x-ray, ultrasound scanner, multi-parameter monitors etc.
• wide range of cases from simple cases to complex surgeries with most of the advanced orthopaedic and soft tissues procedures in house including TPLOs and fracture repairs also Laparoscopic procedures 
• role provides the perfect development opportunity with support form a vet and nursing team with clinicians who have combined experience exceeding 35 years in the industry!
• ideally you will already have some experience in practice and be confident with routine surgical and medical skills
• CPD allowance and funding towards certificate study, paid RCVS and BVA professional memberships.
• fabulous location within easy reach of the vibrant cosmopolitan Cardiff city centre, with award winning beaches and the Brecon Beacons National Park on the doorstep, free parking and access to M4 motorway and national rail links for easy commuting.

Person Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
• Registered with the RCVS
• some experience in practice and confident with routine surgical and medical skills
