As a Sales Office Manager based in Cardiff you’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing and managing a team of 4 people, conducting 1:1s, performance reviews and managing team performance


• Managing a ledger of accounts, building and maintaining relationships with customers and upselling where possible


• Generating new business through a variety of different channels


• Managing quotes, overseeing sales figures and ensuring projects are tracked

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm

• To be able to provide exceptional customer service at all times


• Previous experience managing a team is desirable


• Experience in a merchant or retail environment is desirable but not essential
