The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) accountant to join our finance team and take a high-impact, hands-on role supporting the Company in delivering its strategic goals. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Senior FP&A accountant will be an integral part of the finance team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with Operations and Senior Management across all workstreams, helping to provide insights into the Company’s financial performance.

  • Partnering with Leadership Teams: Work closely with functional leaders to understand their objectives, solve complex business problems, and model scenarios to drive profitability.

  • Ad-Hoc Financial Projects: Provide financial and analytical support for special projects, such as evaluating new opportunities, and revenue and/or cost optimisation strategies, to aid management decision making.

About You

  • Proven work experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

  • Qualified Accountant (ICAEW, CIMA or ACCA)

  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

  • Exceptional analytical & data skills, with a proven ability to develop complex financial models

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment whilst managing multiple priorities

  • Ability to communicate clearly with financial and non-financial stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
