Due to growth, an expanding FMCG business are now appointing their first Head of Brand on a permanent basis

Working closely with the Managing Director and overseeing a small team, the Head of Brand will be responsible for nurturing and developing brand position, making a meaningful connection with their community and developing strategies for domestic and international growth. This role would suit applicants with experience of working with a consumer product in a fast paced environment, able to bring new ideas to bear

Head of Brand duties

Nurturing, maintaining and growing the relationships between the Brand and community

Ensure marketing activities and harmonised and consistent

Manage the marketing team as well as the budget and output of agencies and influencers

Deep understanding of Social Media (Meta and TikTok) and how to convert engagement into sales

Champion the cause and able to position the Brand as a pioneer in their sector

Analyse marketing performance and make changes accordingly

Develop customer research methods and develop strategies for expansion
