We are seeking FP&A Accountant for our Accounting & Finance department in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a vital role in financial planning and analysis to drive business performance and growth.

Description
- Manage annual sales budgets and forecasts
- Analyse variances and provide actionable insights
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Monthly P&L preparation from Sales to Gross Profit Margin
- Develop financial models for strategic initiatives
- KPI reporting on sales, product development, and pricing
- Understand product costings for margin analysis and growth
- Create BI reports with internal data architect
- Draft and review capital expenditure requests
- Budget and forecast capital expenditures
- Track capex spend vs budget vs requests
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Collaborate with teams to align financial goals
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Assist with annual audit
A Successful Candidate Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or Exam Finalist
- Previous experience in FP&A, Accounting, and reporting role within Manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting policies.
- Ability to work collaboratively and drive process improvements.
- A competitive salary range of £50,000 to £55,000.
- Standard Pension scheme.
- 25 days annual leave.
