- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, hardware, QA, and regulatory teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
- Champion continuous improvement, agile practices, and engineering process maturity.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development within the team.
- Ensure all development aligns with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 26262, DO-178C, IEC 62304, etc.).
Key Requirements

- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), particularly in compliance-heavy contexts.
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams in agile or hybrid environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
Desirable
- Experience working with regulatory audits or certification processes.
- Background in systems engineering or integration.
- Familiarity with tools and languages commonly used in embedded development (e.g., C/C++, RTOS, ARM Cortex, etc.).
- Exposure to cybersecurity standards for embedded systems (e.g., ISO/SAE 21434).
What We Offer
- Opportunity to shape the direction of a technically strong team.
- Work on products with real-world safety and impact.
- Supportive and forward-thinking leadership team.
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Hybrid/flexible working arrangements.
