I'm working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing food businesses – an ambitious, culturally-driven brand making serious moves in both the restaurant and retail space. Backed by strong commercial performance and a growing customer base, they’re scaling fast and looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead their UK operations.

About the Role

This is a key role reporting directly to the UK MD, where you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain across both retail and hospitality. From demand planning and procurement to logistics and stock control, you’ll be responsible for driving efficiency, building supplier relationships, and ensuring supply chain readiness as the business expands.

You’ll be joining a high-energy, collaborative team where pace and creativity go hand-in-hand. This is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys a mix of strategy and hands-on execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the development and execution of the UK supply chain strategy

  • Manage demand planning, forecasting, and inventory across multiple channels

  • Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships, negotiating commercial terms

  • Oversee logistics and distribution networks, ensuring cost efficiency and service levels

  • Track and improve supply chain KPIs and operational performance

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Ops, Product, Marketing, Finance)

  • Support on wider strategic projects and market expansion

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in supply chain, ideally in FMCG, foodservice, or hospitality

  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent supplier negotiation skills

  • Experience managing third-party logistics and manufacturing partners

  • Data-led approach with solid understanding of planning systems and reporting tools

  • A proactive, organised operator who can balance day-to-day detail with strategic thinking

Nice to Have

  • Experience scaling operations across multiple sites or markets

  • Knowledge of international supply chains and import processes

  • Exposure to high-growth or start-up environments
