we’re on the lookout for a driven Senior Structural Engineer who’s ready to lead, mentor, and make a meaningful impact across a wide variety of projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the design of building structures across major sectors using steel, concrete, timber & masonry
  


• Manage a small team delivering projects from £1m to £20m, while juggling resourcing, fees, timelines, and quality


• Act as a key point of contact for clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders


• Conduct building inspections and structural reports with sound recommendations for remedial work


• Support and mentor junior engineers and technicians


• Report directly to Directors on project progress, financials, and QA compliance

What We're Looking For:

• 
  5–7 years' structural design experience across a variety of building types


• 
  Degree-qualified (BEng/MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering)


• 
  Chartered or actively working towards IStructE or ICE chartership


• Confident in Tedds and Tekla Structures (or similar)


• Proven experience managing multiple projects and communicating clearly with all stakeholders


• Strong technical and analytical design skills, with a keen eye for detail


• Full UK driving license (required)
