To support this growth, we’re seeking a Non-Executive Director to join us as a strategic partner, someone who will guide, challenge and champion us as we evolve.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in strategic growth and commercial development, experience working with or within corporate partnerships, HR/L&D or community-led businesses, a passion for people-first business and ideally experience supporting founder-led or early-stage ventures, the ability to think big, act collaboratively and challenge constructively, and a super-connector mindset — someone who is excited to open doors, make introductions and advocate for our mission.

Your Involvement

This is an advisory role, with an expected commitment of around one solid day per month, which may include strategy sessions, check-ins or planning support. We also hope you’ll keep us top of mind, bringing us into relevant conversations and sharing opportunities within your network. We’re not prescriptive on time — we’re focused on finding the right fit, and allowing this relationship to grow in line with our core value of partnership.

Formal Responsibilities

While this is not a regulated board position, we do expect our Non-Executive Director to support us in shaping strategy and bringing thoughtful governance as we grow. This may include challenging and validating key decisions, helping set and review strategic goals, supporting with partnership development or investor readiness and offering accountability in line with our mission.

Terms & Remuneration

This is a voluntary, unpaid position, with reasonable expenses covered. Over time, there may be the potential to evolve the role into an equity-based or incentivised opportunity, depending on alignment and impact.
