Internship Programs Co-ordinator – Candidate Recruitment Focus (UK)

In the UK, we have a strong focus on immigration and recruitment services for the hospitality sector.

We are now seeking an Internship Program Co-ordinator who will lead our efforts in sourcing hospitality students and graduates from UK-based colleges and universities for international internships.

About the Role:

You will be the first point of contact for young talent looking to explore global career opportunities through our various internship programs. You will need to be outgoing, highly organised, and comfortable speaking with students, career officers, and educators.

We are after someone with great energy, a professional approach, and the ability to juggle priorities calmly when things get busy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with UK hospitality colleges and universities.


• Organise info sessions, career fairs, and workshops to promote the programs.


• Register and guide new candidates through the application and visa process.


• Review applicant profiles and match them with the right opportunities.


• Support candidates from initial registration to final placement and travel.


• Liaise with international partners and ensure timely document submission and processing.


• Collaborate with our team in India to manage candidate’s, process.
