Our client, is a North West household name building a progressive, high-performing organisation where people are at the heart of everything they do. As they continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for an experienced and strategic Head of HR to join their Human Resources function and drive the people agenda forward.


The Role


As Head of HR you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the people strategy. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for the full HR remit – from strategic workforce planning and organisational design, to employee relations, performance management, and culture transformation.


You’ll work closely with business leaders to embed a high-performance culture, support change management initiatives, and ensure the HR function is delivering proactive, forward-thinking support that aligns with business objectives. You'll lead and inspire a skilled HR team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service across the employee lifecycle. Your focus will be on driving talent development, creating inclusive and engaging experiences for our people, and providing trusted, strategic advice to the executive team.


This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a confident, commercially-minded HR professional who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building positive, people-first cultures.


What We’re Looking For


We’re seeking an experienced HR leader with a strong generalist background and a track record of success in senior HR roles. You will bring strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels of the organisation. Ideally, you will have worked in dynamic and evolving businesses, where you’ve led cultural and organisational change and delivered tangible results. Experience in leading HR teams, managing complex employee relations, and delivering innovative people initiatives is essential. A CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent is desirable.
