A leading intellectual property firm are looking for a dynamic Marketing & BD Assistant to join their well-established team and play a key role in driving initiatives across the firm.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of BD and marketing activities — from digital campaigns and events to research and CRM. Whether you're already in professional services or pivoting into a marketing/BD career, this role offers the chance to make an impact in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of events — researching venues, managing calendars, and promoting through social media.


• Maintaining and updating the firm’s website, intranet, and LinkedIn content.


• Assisting with CRM management, marketing list creation, and reporting.


• Contributing to the legal directory submissions process and BD research projects.


• Creating promotional materials (basic InDesign/Photoshop skills a plus — training available).


• Supporting environmental data collection (Planet Mark) and ad hoc BD projects.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a marketing or BD role in professional services is ideal.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.


• Confidence in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), with an interest in CRM systems.


• Highly organised and comfortable working across multiple projects with tight deadlines.


• A team player with enthusiasm, initiative, and a can-do attitude.
