The Role


We’re hiring an exceptional Client Account Manager to join our high-performance team. This is a key role, responsible for managing senior-level client relationships and delivering campaigns that truly perform. You’ll be a strategic thinker, confident communicator, and someone who knows that the true measure of a campaign is its impact on audiences and on the bottom line.


You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Senior Management Team to shape strategies that are aligned with client goals and deliver maximum commercial value.


Key Responsibilities


Client Leadership



  • Own key client relationships, acting as the go-to strategic partner

  • Understand client goals and translate them into sharp, sales-focused strategies

  • Deliver best-in-class service that consistently exceeds expectations


Campaign Ownership



  • Lead campaigns from concept to completion - always with a laser-focus on results

  • Ensure every campaign is optimised to convert and delivered on time, within budget

  • Use performance data to drive iteration, improve ROI, and reduce waste


Business Growth



  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business development

  • Work with senior leaders on proposals, pitches, and client growth plans

  • Bring commercial insight and strategic value to every conversation


Day-to-Day Activities



  • Lead client advertising strategies, ensuring alignment with wider commercial goals

  • Maintain strong communication with clients, offering clarity, insight, and strategic value

  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and production teams to bring ideas to life

  • Monitor campaign performance, report on results, and drive continuous improvement

  • Oversee budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign delivery

  • Upselling and cross-selling to your client base

  • Represent R4 at pitches, meetings, events, and new business opportunities

  • Attend weekly sales meetings and report directly to the CEO



What You'll Need




  • Minimum 4 years agency experience in a senior client-facing role

  • Proven success in managing key accounts and driving account growth

  • Strong understanding of digital, creative, and media landscapes

  • Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills

  • A leadership style that inspires, supports, and demands high performance

  • Deep knowledge of marketing channels and digital optimisation

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)



Working Environment


This role is dynamic, collaborative, and results-focused. While you’ll be primarily based in our office, you’ll attend client meetings, events, and industry sessions as needed.
