We’re working on behalf of a well-established, design-led branding company that has recently launched a UK entity following strong success across the Middle East and Europe. With an existing client base in European markets, they are now looking to scale operations in the UK and are hiring a Business Development Manager to lead this growth.
This is a key role for a mid-to-senior level professional with proven experience in B2B sales and market development. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in establishing the UK arm of the business, owning client relationships and leading revenue generation across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a UK & European business development strategy
- Identify and pursue new leads across targeted sectors
- Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing European clients
- Present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and secure long-term contracts
- Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and execution
- Provide market insights to inform strategic decisions and future growth
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong experience in B2B business development, ideally within signage, branding, design, or creative services
- Able to operate independently and drive new business opportunities
- Confident presenting and negotiating with senior-level decision-makers
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with autonomy
- Strategic mindset with hands-on commercial acumen
- UK-based with the right to work
- Additional European language skills would be an advantage
