Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This role is critical to the success of our organization, as you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a proven ability to inspire teams, exceed targets, and cultivate lasting client relationships. About the Role:



  • Building and nurturing client relationships using Hubspot.

  • Conducting Sales Calls with Potential Clients using a Consulting based Approach.

  • Helping Improve and Develop our Sales Process Further.

  • Create new procedures and conduct Training for the rest of the Team.

  • Staying updated on market trends and competitor strategies.

  • Providing tailored solutions and Amazon growth strategies to prospects.

  • Crafting compelling proposals and negotiating contracts.


What We’re Looking For:



  • 2 years of experience in an Amazon Marketing Agency.

  • Proven track record in B2B business development - Ideally for an Amazon Agency.

  • Ability to engage with Small to Enterprise Businesses at the board/owner level.

  • Strong sales acumen, tenacity, and high-performance mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills and a keenness to learn and adapt.
