About the role


You will provide admin and organizational support to our Provisioning Team, ensuing the smooth and efficient resource management of technology and equipment throughout our 30 offices nationwide. Process that you will be responsible for organizing and facilitating include processing new starters and leavers, office refurbishments and equipment repair or returns.




  • Documentation: Maintain and organise documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and system documentation.


  • Inventory Management: Track and manage IT inventory, including hardware, software, and other IT assets.


  • Procurement: Assist with the procurement process for IT equipment and services, including obtaining quotes, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries.


  • User Support: Provide excellent customer service to employees, including troubleshooting common issues.


  • Project Assistance: Support IT projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.

What are we looking for in a candidate?



  • Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial. We are primarily looking for an admin background, rather than strong tech skills.

  • You will have a strong commitment to customer service and to providing a friendly and helpful IT help desk experience for colleagues.

  • You possess excellent communication skills both verbally and via email, including an excellent standard of writing.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, if it is within an IT department it can be advantageous.

  • You will have the ability to keep calm and work under pressure, stay organized, adapt to changing priorities and handle a variety of duties to a high standard.

  • You will be keen to work in a fast paced environment and manage your workload within SLAs – we are proud of the speed and quality of service we deliver to stakeholders.

  • You will thrive in a team environment which is supportive, positive and succeeds together.

  • We are an office based team so you will be required to work fully in the office in Stoke, with the option to travel to other offices on team projects from time to time.
