You will be joining a highly successful, family-run business, where the team prides itself on its friendly, welcoming, and supportive environment.

Booking Administrator - The Role

Acting as the point of contact between engineers and clients, the Booking Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and booking engineer site visits and updating clients on any issues and/or works. Reporting to the team leader, you will:

  • Book in engineers for planned maintenance and weekly visits to sites, managing their schedules

  • Liaise regularly with clients to keep them up to date on any issues, planned works, or call outs

  • Answering the telephones.

  • Update spreadsheets and prepare daily update reports for your designated area

  • Support the wider team with any additional ad-hoc duties

  • Proactive and able to use your own initiative

  • Highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks

What's in it for you?
