  • Audit existing channels, analyse performance, and reallocate spend where it counts

  • Lead and develop a team of five marketers, plus external design contractors

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to define and deliver growth plans

  • Build and scale full-funnel marketing across PPC, SEO, CRO, email, and content

  • Set KPIs, track performance, and optimise based on results

  • Lay the foundation for a scalable, high-performing marketing engine

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in a scale-up SaaS business, ideally within LMS, L&D, or EdTech

  • Strong B2B background with some understanding of B2C buyer behaviour

  • Proven success in driving qualified inbound leads and building pipeline

  • Hands-on digital experience across PPC, SEO, CRO, and campaign execution

  • Leadership experience, but comfortable being in the weeds when needed

  • Analytical mindset with a strong commercial focus

  • Ambition to grow into a VP-level role as the business scales

What’s In It For You

  • £60,000–£65,000 basic salary (DOE)

  • Bonus: Additional £10,000pa

  • Fully-remote with early finishes on Fridays

  • The opportunity to earn the role of VP of Marketing

  • Full ownership of marketing strategy and spend

  • Join a profitable, product-led SaaS business with serious growth ahead

  • Work directly with a CEO who wants you to lead and make decisions

  • Opportunity to build, scale, and make a real impact

(SaaS | LMS | Demand Gen | Growth | £75k OTE + path to VP)
