TSR Legal is proud to be working in partnership with a prominent boutique South Wales law firm renowned for delivering legal services across Corporate/Commercial, Real Estate, and Commercial Litigation. With consistent Legal 500 recognition, this firm is now looking to grow its Corporate/Commercial team with an additional Senior Associate.
About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join a dynamic and collaborative team.
You’ll lead on a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters for an impressive client base, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy but values teamwork and is keen to grow within a forward-thinking firm that offers real progression to partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial legal matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and agreements.
Lead and manage significant transactions, including M&A, restructures, and joint ventures.
Provide strategic advice on corporate governance and compliance.
Keep up to date with legal developments and conduct legal research as needed.
Support and mentor junior team members.
