This full-scope Architect role at Cardiff Head Office for award award-winning RIBA Chartered practice. This design and build practice has developed to be able to offer the client a full 360 package including Architecture, Construction and Interior design.

The Senior Architect job itself where you will be joining a practice who is firmly dedicated to offering its clients exceptional quality of service- serves the whole of the UK market with a main focus on the London and South West area. The core of their business is conversion, extension and renovation of buildings along with the design of new buildings – which has led them to win a lot of new business to take them into the next two years.

As an experienced Senior Architect you will focus primarily on high end residential plus some commercial projects and be able to conduct measured surveys and design sessions with clients. You will need to be confident meeting clients face to face and able to confidently present detailed and design packages. You will be involved with drawing up planning applications and liaise with consultants and contractors.

You will have

To be successful as a Senior Architect here, you will be RIBA certified and have a minimum 5 years’ experience of working on residential and commercial projects.

You will ned to use initiative and hit the ground running to be a part of this winning team!
