The Team
Claims are at the heart of what Veygo do. We support our customer when they need us the most which is when they make a claim.
The team supports customers all the way from registering to settling their claim. Other responsibilities sat with the team are servicing customer complaints, policy fraud preventing within Data Validation and Claims Underwriting. It’s a very exciting, dynamic place to be.
Our department is driven by customer centricity and continuous improvement. The emphasis on you and this role will be to provide Veygo customers with the best service possible throughout their claims journey. You will need to have a relentless focus on continuous improvement and how we make things better for our customers and our colleagues.
What would you be responsible for?
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Manage the customers claim from start to finish - from notification, instructing suppliers, providing Total Loss settlements right up to recovering our costs from Third Party insurers
- Ensure customers are kept informed and updated during the claims process
- Manage your own case load
- Communicate with other departments, suppliers and third parties
- Make relevant investigations regarding liability and indemnity
