The purpose of the role is to ensure good quality products are manufactured in line with the relevant work instruction to meet customer requirements within efficient and calculated timelines. You will work as an important part of the production team on the site you are based.


This position will be recruited on a 7-day working pattern, a mix of 12-hour days and 12-hour night shifts.


KEY ACTIVITIES
Manufacturing Processes

  • Carry out various operations within the department ensuring good quality products.

  • Follow the relevant work instructions and quality control procedures specified on the QMS to manufacture products of the highest standard.


Quality Checks

  • Report any variances to standard of product and seek advice if unsure.

  • Ensure any documentation is completed correctly and can be read easily.

  • Maintain a good standard of housekeeping in the working area.


Packing Products
  • Ensure products manufactured are packed neatly into the containers provided, without damage.

Other

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work unsupervised.

  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience in carrying out quality checks.
