Optimo Care Group is on a mission to transform lives through high-quality, person-centred care. We are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to join our Specialist Care Division – a bold, values-driven leader ready to take accountability for multiple services across a defined geographical region.
You will be responsible for leading two specialist businesses initially, empowering a team of Registered and Service Managers to deliver outstanding outcomes for the people we support. What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Driving Excellence in Care
Ensure high-quality, compliant, and compassionate care is delivered every day – always with the dignity and respect the people we support deserve.
Commercial Growth & Profitability
Lead services to budget and beyond, explore new business opportunities, and ensure sustainable, profitable growth across your region.
Strategic Leadership
Translate Optimo’s vision into reality by creating and executing operational plans that drive success across all key business areas.
Team Empowerment
Motivate, support, and develop high-performing service teams. Lead by example, live our PRIDE values, and foster a culture where excellence thrives.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships – from frontline staff to commissioners and external partners.
What Success Looks Like:
Year-on-year growth and budget performance
Consistent delivery of high-quality, regulated care
Strong service leadership and staff retention

Robust compliance, risk management, and governance
What You Bring:
Leadership Experience in Specialist Care
A strong background in services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, ABI, or complex behaviours.
Strategic, Commercial & Operational Know-How
Proven experience in multi-site leadership, budget management, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
QCF Level 5 in Social Care Management (or working towards), with a full UK driving licence.
A True People Leader
