Role: High-Ticket Sales Closer – Women’s Weight Loss Coaching

This is not a cold-calling role. You’ll be speaking to highly pre-qualified women who have already gone through a rigorous application process and are ready to invest in the last weight-loss solution they’ll ever need.

Your job? Empower them to believe they can succeed—and help them take the final step by enrolling in a coaching program that will change their lives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct 1-on-1 high-ticket sales calls with pre-vetted applicants who are already warmed up and eager for change.


• Speak with women who have struggled for years, if not decades, with their weight and self-belief.


• Sell with conviction—you’ll be offering a proven, results-driven program with a track record of life-changing success.


• Coach, consult, and lead with empathy, helping potential clients move past doubt and into action.


• Hit and exceed sales targets, setting new records for what’s possible in high-ticket coaching sales.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in high-ticket sales, particularly in 1-on-1 calls and one-call closing.


• A strong communicator and closer who can blend empathy with decisive action.


• A high performer—someone who thrives on smashing targets, not just meeting them.


• Comfortable in conversations where people need guidance to break limiting beliefs and take action.


• Tech-savvy and proficient with messaging platforms, email, and CRM software.


• Background in fitness, coaching, sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position where top closers earn between £4,000 - £10,000+ per month. The earning potential is entirely performance-based—if you’re an A-player hungry to win, the rewards are there.
