Mission Possible Partnership (MPP) is a movement of climate leaders and companies driving industrial decarbonization across the entire value chain of the world’s highest-emitting sectors: aluminum, cement, chemicals, steel, aviation, shipping, and trucking. MPP is charting the inventive steps and radical collaboration to enable commercial-scale First Projects in this decisive decade.


Position Overview:


We are looking for a skilled contracts administrator to provide support to our team with all steps associated with the contract management process. This includes day-to-day contract support, management of the end-to-end execution of contracts, tracking, process training and overall compliance. Your expertise will play a vital role in supporting MPP’s growth.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee contract management process, ensuring consistent terms and alignment with company objectives. This includes documenting, version control, archiving, redline, finalization, tracking renewals and being a pro-active go between in the process for managers, vendors and collaborators.

  • Draft, review, and manage a variety of contracts, including client, vendor, and partnership agreements.

  • Coordinate red-lines and legal questions with various law firms employed by organization as necessary. Use judgement to elevate to outside assistance.

  • Edit and proofread proposals, contract initiation, ensuring inclusion of all necessary documentation and information.

  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of contract documentation, including contract files, amendments, correspondence, and related records. May use contract management software to assist or automate contract administration tasks.

  • Ensure overall compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.

  • Maintain a library of pre-approved proposal content and templates for future use.

  • Ensure all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities and the contract is upheld throughout its duration.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that contracts are progressing to finalization. Summarize needed steps and data to keep progressing the process. Use judgement to elevate assistance when necessary.

  • Train team on contract process.

  • Develop and improve overall procurement process: Develop bid proposal process, from identifying and analyzing potential opportunities to preparing vendor selection and MSA completion and SOW development.


Position Requirements:



  • Proven experience executing legal contracts and managing the overall process.

  • Prior global contract management experience desired ie: EU, UK, UAE, Brazil, etc.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Special proficiency in MS Word, Adobe and DocuSign, Monday.com.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

  • Excellent organization and time management skills.

  • High level of professionalism and integrity.

  • Good judgement and ability to make decisions.

  • Strong understanding of contract compliance and execution processes.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience with international contracts desired.

  • Flexibility in approach and comfortable in an entrepreneurial/start-up environment.

  • Forward thinking and pro-active, excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Creative, flexible and solution oriented.

  • Calm, organized and a natural problem solver with spark and initiative.

  • Collaborative team player, with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.


Location: Preferred locations UK and/or within a 6 hour timezone. Position is remote - access to office if located nearby.
