Join our team as a Project Manage for Supply Chain Performance, where you will utilize DBS tools to enhance Quality, Delivery, and Cost while fostering a culture of sustainable innovation.

This is an onsite role based out of the United Kingdom with stakeholders around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives: Drive sustainable improvements in Quality, Delivery, and Cost by aligning with Policy Deployment (PD) and Daily Management (DM), utilizing DBS tools and effective change management practices.
  • Strategic kaizen planning: Develop and manage a kaizen event funnel, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and enabling teams to execute high-impact improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate end-to-end process enhancements: Oversee the full lifecycle of continuous improvement projects—from idea generation through implementation to sustained results—ensuring adherence to kaizen methodologies.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Business Operations, Manufacturing and Distribution teams to identify and implement holistic process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Deploy DBS tools effectively: Apply a range of DBS tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, TPI, PSP, 3P) to drive measurable improvements across the supply chain.

Essential Requirements

  • Educational background: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • Professional experience: Minimum of 5 years in operations or a DBS-related role, with a proven track record of driving process improvements.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking: Strong ability to interpret metrics, assess situations holistically, and develop actionable DBS roadmaps. Must be both detail-oriented and capable of strategic oversight.
  • Problem-solving expertise: Data-driven mindset with a rigorous approach to problem-solving; PSP certification preferred.
  • Influence and leadership: Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and lead teams through continuous improvement efforts.
