  • Oversee the development of asset and liability management strategies.

  • Identify and manage balance sheet risks.

  • Prepare and present ALM reports to senior management.

  • Collaborate with different teams to develop financial models.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.

  • Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ALM function.

  • Support the training and development of the ALM team.

A successful ALM Manager should have:



  • A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Experience in Asset Liability Management.

  • Strong knowledge of balance sheet management and financial modelling.

  • High proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
