voco St David's Cardiff have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join our Cardiff Bay 5-star hotel on a permanent basis on a 24-hour per week contract!

in accordance with business/department's needs.We are looking for an individual to assist in the smooth running of the HR Department by assisting on a regular basis with the established administration and operational procedures within the HR function, as well as supporting with setting up HR events etc. and assist in ad-hoc HR projects. We want creative, adaptable and passionate people to work in this department. To succeed as an HR Coordinator, you will need:

Previous experience of working in a generalist HR role, ideally in an operational environment from a retail, hospitality or service organisation.Working towards a CIPD Level 3 - being qualified already is a plus.A sound understanding of UK employment law and best practice




Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to work under pressure and to multiple deadlines.A passion for people engagement and co-ordinating the Activity calendar




Be able to work well under own initiative




Have the self-confidence to assist with delivery of inductions and training initiatives
