We are offering a unique opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with exceptional guest focus to become a Guest Experience Manager.

In this role, you will work within our Front Office team to establish standards, expectations, and metrics to ensure the team and operation perform at the highest level, exceeding guest expectations. You will update the Director of Rooms and General Manager on all guest preferences before, during, and after stays.

Your responsibilities include preparing positive guest experiences prior to arrival and during stays, guiding and mentoring the Front Office team to ensure total guest satisfaction, and driving the hotel’s RPS score. You will also target profitability for the business while maintaining high standards, create and maintain operational reports, and ensure strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures are effectively implemented to meet financial and service quality targets.

Pullman Ninh Binh is a 283-room hotel located in the heart of Ninh Binh city.

Our upmarket Food and Beverage offerings include 3 restaurants and 3 bars, along with large meeting and event spaces, 2 swimming pools, and extensive landscaping.
