Job Description
What you will be doing:
As our next Reservation Agent, you will be:
- Responsible for all reservations over the phone, internet, and email, and handling all associated operations.
- Increasing and optimizing room sales in line with the brand and hotel's sales policy.
- Ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance as requested, in line with the company standards.
- Following up on the administration of reservations thoroughly to make check-in operations easier for the front desk team.
- Handling reservations by applying the various step-by-step processes defined by the brand.
- Entering reservation details precisely and correctly.
- Ensuring that information is passed on to the concerned departments.
- Confirming reservations and taking care of written communications.
- Communicating and cooperating with other hotel departments.
