Real Estate Finance Associate | Senior Associate - #1701316

TSR Legal are working closely with a top full service UK and international law firm with a strong domestic and cross border practice keen to hire an experienced real estate associate four plus years experience to work closely with one of its Partners. The practice is well known for investment finance and also has market leading credentials in large scale development finance transactions.

In addition to a leading lender practice, the team advises a number of the firms key real estate clients on their financing arrangements. This includes domestic clients but also many inward investor clients, capitalising on the firms reputation and client base.

Due to the development and expansion of the firms Real Estate Finance department it is now seeking to appoint an Associate 4 plus PQE to work alongside a highly regarded partner and wider team.

You will be highly organised, possess excellent IT skills and able to prioritise work and daily tasks with ease. A confident self-starter you will have a broad based practical and technical legal knowledge of commercial property work, with strong drafting and negotiating skills, you will have a keen eye for detail and an entrepreneurial and adaptive spirit.

You will be an important member of the Real Estate Finance team, focusing on domestic and international real estate finance transactions.

You will be keen to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues, continually develop your skills whilst enjoying all the benefits of the firms associate development program.
