Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding client service? We're looking for a Administrator to support our client's team of Financial Advisers in providing exceptional service to clients.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the Financial Advisers can meet client demands effectively.
- Organising and scheduling client appointments.
- Managing and updating client databases, ensuring records are accurate and compliant.
- Preparing client meeting packs, including files and valuations.
- Drafting financial suitability letters with recommendations for investments, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Handling all types of client correspondence and preparing supporting documentation.
- Processing client transactions, including new applications, withdrawals, and fund switches.
- Liaising with providers to obtain necessary paperwork, monitor application progress, and keep records up to date.
- Attending client meetings with Financial Advisers where required.
- Opening, sorting, and distributing post in a timely manner.
- Supporting research and analysis to tailor financial recommendations to individual client needs.
- Previous experience in a similar role within financial services or wealth management.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach with a strong client-focused mindset.
- Experience with financial platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
