We are recruiting an Employment Adviser to join our team. You will provide advice and support to help participants overcome barriers to employment and achieve their goals. You will manage a caseload, act as their coach and mentor, and build strong, positive relationships to motivate and guide them towards sustainable employment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be target-driven, and a motivational adviser. You should have high initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure independently. We value candidates who can provide first-class customer service and are committed to empowering lives and improving communities.
This role is part of our Restart Scheme, supporting unemployed people back to work. We offer a competitive salary of £26,500 to £29,545 per annum (dependent on experience), along with benefits such as annual leave, volunteer days, pension, healthcare, and employee discounts.

- Good knowledge of the local labour market

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in target-driven environments
- Experience delivering services meeting contractual standards
- Knowledge of employability and recruitment industries
- Experience providing information, advice, and guidance
- Full driving license
