About the role
The Telecare Officer will provide comprehensive support and assistance in relation to the delivery of the Bridgelink Telecare Service by carrying out administrative tasks that ensure the smooth running of the service. This includes handling telephone and general enquiries received by the agency. The post holder will work closely with older and disabled people, as well as health and social care professionals, to support individuals in remaining independently in their own homes.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy office environment and possess excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
