What you’ll be doing:

• Leading on M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and advisory matters


• Acting as primary client contact on high-value deals


• Managing due diligence and liaising across departments


• Drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents


• Supporting business development and mentoring junior lawyers

What you’ll bring:

• 6+ years’ PQE in corporate law with strong M&A and private equity experience


• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and leadership skills


• Proven ability to manage complex deals and client relationships


• Commercial mindset and strong interest in business development
