Play a key role delivering tech sector mega-projects.
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You will play a key role in delivering one of our biggest data centre construction projects.
You can be based either 100% in country, or there will be significant international travel to the Nordics (11/3 day rotation).
Role accountabilities:
You’ll be responsible for managing the electrical packages of hyperscale data centre construction projects, taking projects through pre-construction, construction, and close out/fit-up.

Role accountabilities:
You’ll be responsible for managing the electrical packages of hyperscale data centre construction projects, taking projects through pre-construction, construction, and close out/fit-up.
Day-to-day this includes but is not limited to:
Pre-construction
- Working with the client and general contractor to create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget
- Supporting Contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations
- Supporting contract negotiations
- Assisting the client and the Client’s team in identifying, scoping, buying-out and scheduling of all Owner-direct vendors and consultants
- Managing the General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors on the ground
- Coordinating Value Engineering efforts during the construction phase
- Working with the Client’s commercial and PCG team to develop Budget Management and Tracking
- Liaising with the Client’s schedule management team to provide Schedule monitoring, tracking and analysis
- Initiating close out process prior to project completion, typically two to three months in advance
- Establishing close out documentation requirements with the Client’s document controller. Collect and track receipt of all close out documents until completion, including warranties, as-builts, O&M manuals, etc.
- Assisting with City and/or other Authority final inspections and occupancy process.
- Assisting the Client in scheduling, coordination and management of all Owner-direct vendors, consultants.

- An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques.
- Ability to manage technical disciplines.
- Experience working on Data Centre new build and refurbishment projects, preferably on hyperscale builds, would be advantageous
- Ability to commit to significant international travel
