Administration Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support a busy department in a large organisation based in Cardiff Gate.

Key Responsibilities

Review & upload documentation on internal systems.
Assist users of the systems with completing tasks.
Communicate with users via email and telephone, offering support and guidance.

Requirements

Adaptable and methodical approach to work.
Numerate with strong attention to detail.
Computer literate with ability to learn new systems.

If you are organised, proactive, and enjoy supporting operational processes, we would love to hear from you! This is a temporary position for a 4 week initial period and may lead to ongoing or further work.
