• On course to obtain QTS, PGCE, or a BA in Education


• Minimum 3 months of teaching experience within a UK Primary or Secondary school


• Ability to handle challenging behavior and maintain discipline


• Ability to plan creative lessons aligned with education standards


• Effective communication with staff to deliver curriculum


• Competence in assessing pupils' progress


• Ability to inspire and motivate students

• Minimum pay rate of £105 per day (M1)


• £125 referral bonus scheme
