Description About The Role We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin's Team in our self-service buffet restaurants.
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us.
No experience is necessary, we will give you all the training you need and support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.
You will be providing a warm Butlin's welcome to guests, clearing, cleaning and re-setting tables as well as cleaning the restaurant ready for the next service.
This full time position is split-shift, working 5 out of 7 days.
We can offer onsite accommodation.
Your typical working hours cover 35 hours working breakfast and dinner every day of the week.
Breakfast shifts are usually 8am
- 12pm and dinner shifts are 4.30pm
- 8.30pm with weekends our busiest times.
However flexibility is key due to needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment.
No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.
Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
