About the Role:

You’ll be supporting students with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional needs. Your role will include:

• One-to-one and small group support

• Assisting the class teacher with tailored learning activities

• Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills

• Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children with SEN (in school, care, or similar settings)

• Calm, adaptable, and nurturing approach

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A positive and proactive attitude

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Team Teach, Autism Awareness) – desirable but not essential
