Location: CardiffSalary: Up to £46,433 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: Full-Time – 37.5 hoursShifts: Days only role , with rotational weekends

About the Role:Smartcall Healthcare is proud to partner with a specialist service located in Cardiff. This service supports a very small number of people with Mental Health, Learning disabilities and Autism.

You will be working for an established, stable, and agile company with a unique approach to delivering high-quality care.

As a Deputy Ward Manager you will ensure all patients in the service receive outstanding care while also supporting your colleagues and promoting a positive team environment.

Requirements:

• A relevant nursing qualification ( RMN ) ( RNLD )
• A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
• Experience leading a team
• Previous experience working in a similar environment
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK without S P O N S O R S H I P
• Strong team-working skills
• A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
• A positive attitude, naturally caring, and compassionate
• A commitment to high-quality care and adherence to values and evidence-based practice
