About the Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a Civil Litigation Solicitor with 0-4 years PQE to join a well-established and progressive legal team in Cardiff. This role offers the chance to work on a varied civil litigation caseload with a strong focus on commercial matters. You will be working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment, with scope to grow and develop your skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, debt recovery, and professional negligence claims.


• Advising clients ranging from individuals to SMEs on complex commercial issues.


• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation such as pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements.


• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.


• Supporting wider business development and contributing to the teams continued success.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with 0-4 years PQE in civil litigation, ideally with exposure to commercial disputes.


• Demonstrate excellent communication, client care, and analytical skills.


• Have the ability to handle your own caseload with appropriate supervision.


• Show a commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service and team contribution.


• Be keen to grow within a supportive and expanding team.
